For Opening Day please make sure everyone on your Active Roster is on your 40 man roster!

The easiest way to do this is after your roster is set and you are ready to export, select everyone on the Active roster with the circle button that selects all...then drag them to the 40 man roster. You can do this in your Rosters & Transactions screen. If they are already on it the game will give you a pop up that it can't move them, if they aren't it will automatically move them.

If this isn't done then Brad has to go through every team and do this action.

Better in spring training 2. Basically no injuries.

Wilmington is going to win the division anyway.

Draft pool out and hard to tell from my work desk if its a good class or not.

Dam it, Mike totally has me messed up. As soon as a I see a lefty pitcher I immediately check they're height now.

          Thanks for that Mike !!!

Appears as though we made it through ST relatively healthy. Ready for Opening Day!

Lost SP Ron Chamberlain for the year. He gave us a lot of good starts and a very respectable 1.8 WAR as a rookie call up from Camden (AA). Replaceable but I'm sad to see him get hurt like this.

                          ST2

Seattle goes 10-5 to finish the Spring 16-12, tied with four other teams for best in the IL. Ironically, that's kinda how I see the Import League this year. I don't ever remember a season with this much parity. I still think DC runs away with the #1 seed, but the Bock division and remaining Wild Cards are really up for grabs.

I did see recently traded SS CJ McNichol absolutely rake in his ST2 stint with Kansas City: 5 doubles, a triple and 3 HR (1.190 OPS) in just 60 PA! Considering last year he did 21 2B, 3 3B, 6 HR, (.702 OPS) in 453 PA, that's saying something. While in Seattle his replacement SS Parker Holderman hit .200/.570...yikes.

Pleasant surprise from C Garrett Bachelor. The 25-year-old FA import hit .280/.846 with a team leading .446 OBP and 15 BB. He is actually pencilled in to be our leadoff vs. righties.

I'm also going to give failed 1st round pick P Chaz Brooks a chance as SP#5. The kid just never figured it out and now at 27 and his 2nd arbitration year, this is his last chance. He struggled ST1 as a RP but in his two starts (PHX/BAL) he combined for 8 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 4 K.

We didn't lose anyone else for the season in ST2, so I'll call it a win. The loss of Villasenor is still a major blow to this team, and it doubly sucks since his last season was cut short by a significant injury. Now he's got another one to come back from. Hopefully he makes it.

As for the players who will be helping us push for a wildcard this year, it was a mixed bag. New 1B Jimmy Harris had a nice Spring - .319, 3 HR and 19 RBI (2nd in the league). Omar Baber was our best hitter, hopefully he can continue to play at the level he did last season. We didn't get much out of Alexis Moran or new 3B Micah Ruggieri. In all, the lineup has a lot of question marks.

Pitching- The top of our rotation looked good - Carroll, Calligan and Goldsmith. After that, the injury to Villasenor hurts. Yang hasn't shown he's a reliable option, but he's our #4. #5 is still completely up in the air. Two Daves, Hall and Haugh, got chances this Spring and I can't say either nailed down the spot.
                            Washington Bats, 2013-
