You have busts and late rounders coming out of no where but no team ever has that large of a difference of opinion on a top 10-15 pick.
I agree with this comment 100% Of course there should be some variation but this is just bizarre.

You cant compare the NFL to MLB. Most MLB picks don't sniff a game in the majors. Even 1st rounders.

I agree that there should be some variation, but what we are seeing here is ridiculous. I didn't just make up the quote from my scout about Payne, though that option would have been particularly attractive if the scout hadn't actually said it and I'd thought of it, since Spot is already in morning over Tardiff.
There are no examples from MLB in which one scout sees a player as a solid mid-first rounder and another says - "Simply hopeless at the plate. This guy is as close to an automatic out as you can get."
Maybe the fact that this is a carryover league from OOTP 2008 has screwed things up for this first year only, but if this is what we can expect in the future, the game gets an "F", in my opinion, for this change.

I hate the new scouting because I don't trust my scouts pitching projections. But I had to go pitching this year since I loaded up on position players last year. Roll the dice, see what happens.WINDY CITY PLAYBOYS

We just traded up to 1.20 with Davenport. Dunno who is at the draft wheel right now, but my pick is loaded and set to auto whenever the picks get swapped.
We'll be taking the second Cristobal of the draft, Cristobal Sandoval. We had him as top 5 talent, 7-7-4-7-8. Very happy to get him here.Charlotte Knights - OSFL
Syracuse Slammers - BLB
South America - 1984 WBC Runner Up

Wow. That is exactly who I was trying to trade up for. Nice trade and pick.
My scout had him a little less than that. I'm at work, but I think he was like 6-6-4-5-6. Ton of speed too.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
