Ramirez was near the top of my list, so scratch one of the players I like off the list. But, still a couple more that I'd be happy with.

I was at work so I wasn't able to post my scouts impressions. I know a lot of people want to know what other scouts tought.
1- Dodson 5-5-4-4-4 / 25th overall
2 - Ironfist 8-8-8 / 3rd overall
3 - Stephens 4-5-5 / 14th overall
4 - Thompson 4-4-4 / 54th overall
5 - Pepe 4-4-3 / not top 60
6 - Austin 5-5-5-4-6 / 19th overall
7 - Perez 5-8-7 / 2nd overall
8 - Ramirez 5-6-6-5-4 / 9th overall
9 - Sanchez 5-4-5 / 13th overall
10 - Willamson 4-3-4 / not top 60
My scout is 80/80/75/80 and he favors ability. Take it for what it is worth.
---
I'm on deck to pick and my scout is very pleased with what he sees available. I have my top two ready to go in the utility should I not be around when I'm on the clock. I'm pretty excited to have either. They are the #2 and #4 players on my big board.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041

If he develops into a 6-5-5 type of pitcher, we'd be elated. The Great One!

My scout had Don Hughes as the best hitter in the draft, fwiw. I was hoping he'd keep falling. I like Nealon, and I'm happy to get him at #13. He might not be a superstar, but my scout and SISA (or whatever the hell it's called now) seem to agree that he's got solid potential and should turn into a pretty good player. I'm sure most of you disagree, so go ahead and bash away.Last edited by liquidcrash; 11-14-2008, 09:39 AM.Washington Bats, 2013-

I wouldn't be shocked... 'Hotwire' was such a stud coming up through the minors and he kept on dominating in the BLB. Safe returns Tardif, safe returns!California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013

I'm really excited that 2B Robert Abbott lasted to #12.
He was the #1 hitter in the entire draft for me. My scout has him 8/7/2/7/6. Plus, at 21, he is somewhat developed. He has good speed, should be an above average infielder with versatility and he has good personality scores.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
