        • I hate this... I'm changing my pick.

With the sixth pick in the 1985 draft the California Kodiaks select Catcher Jared Austin.

          • Didn't you draft a C in the 1st last year, Linty?

With that said, my scout loved Austin, had him rated the best offensive player in the draft. However, his size scares me. He's little.

            • Yeah, Cisneros, the #9 best prospect in the BLB... Austin isn't staying at C, I'm moving him to a IF position... not sure where yet.

Reason I went with Austin is... my scout has him as the second best hitter... and he's fairly developed.... 3-3-3-3-4. With an 8 in work ethic... I have a feeling he could move quickly in my system.

              • I hope that position is 1B, or I wouldn't count on him moving too quickly.

So LL is on auto right? So Wilmington is up?

                        Too many rings to count.

My scout had him 6-8-8, kinda a "Ironfist-lite." But he's also stupid - a 2 in intelligence; and lazy, a 2 in work ethic and a 2 in leadership.
