Pawtucket once again doing a whole lot of nothing. Maybe now is the time to fill some remaining holes.

We jacked the prices up on our season ticket sales and though at first we might not see the benefit "IF" we have a good season we should be able to charge more. Really trying to grow our revenue for next season now.

Predictions are out and OOTP seems far too kind to Pawtucket. 99 wins is a huge stretch as we are sort of into a wait and see mode on some positions in the minors. Still, its a good indication that we are pretty good as once again pitching and power seems to be our strengths , probably defense again also. I'm excited about Hillard playing in a more righty park as 3B Jiro Uchiyama contact ability hitting against lefites. We need to find a spot for 2B Hau also. C Elliot is going to sit in AAA first half of the season.

I want SP Baldwin to play for his contract!!! If all goes well it will benefit both parties as we have little issues letting him explore his options in free agency. These days its really hard to pay 20ml for two starting pitchers. Least with our current budget.

92-96 wins if about the range I see us in.

Looks like a lot of activity around the league with most of the top names available now signed.

Two signings in Washington this sim. We added Pat Goldsmith to the rotation, giving us a second good lefty and solidifying my rotation. After the Koehler deal, I only had one LH option in the rotation, so I felt like I needed another one to help with matchups. I was also a bit concerned with the bottom of my rotation after our Big 3, so this should put us on solid ground.

Second signing was SP Dave Payette. He kind of washed out in Phoenix I guess, but my scout and OSA both see potential here, and he's rated the #31 prospect in the league. We'll give him a shot here. Didn't cost me too much.

KC signed utility OF Ron Gooch who put up a respectable 1.1 WAR in Maine last season. He can play all three OF positions, is an excellent bunter and can steal a base.

We have a few position battles in ST this season. Garett Antcliff will have a chance to win the CF job after we traded Tom Clark. 3B is still up in the air but Zack Winkle, Erik Urban and possibly Jair Horton will all get reps there.

Gooch is a nice role player. You'll like him. Switch hitter, too.
