All-Star game finale was Rosaro vs. Carrasco. Fitting.

        ---

Seattle goes 3-1 vs. Philly. The one loss we managed to score just one run off nine hits (a double and a triple), a walk and a balk, losing 1-3.

Bats take 3 of 4 from Death Valley. Yonke is still hot, while Dave Blackmon might be getting into a groove at 1B.

We'll head out on the road for the next 10 games, all against playoff teams. Should be a really difficult test for us.

Probably a big stretch for us in the chase for home field advantage.

We also have six head to head games over the stretch of two weeks Aug/Sep.

I didn't realize until now Robby O'Neal hasn't caught a game since AA ball in 2018. Of course he's not a catcher for Toronto but I figured he must have seen some time behind the plate more recently than AA. Nope!

He isn't much of a player in the field. We try to keep him at DH!
