Have any of your trades every worked out for the other team?

Currently Maggio and his 6.57 ERA hasn't for me.

I got some nice hitting out of Dave Kendrick for a fifth round pick.

      And Vinny Flores was awesome.

Tom Wright was a monster for Pawtucket in his two seasons. Guy even snuck back on the top players list for a time. Paid dearly for him though.

Death Valley is a pitchers park though so I'd be careful about getting a pitcher from them.

Renovated this off-season. It's fairly neutral now.

See above. Pulido was good elsewhere. Let’s see, Erik Jackson, Swisher, Franklin Ramires, Ron Robertson, Tom Stewart, Ron Erickson, Tom Reed, Tommy Gantt, Wright, Flores, and many others. My track record is pretty solid.

I just was looking thru the parks last night and just noticed its one of the few parks where the overall bat ave is below 1.000. not saying its like NY, but ALOT of parks are hitter friendly now.

Bulldogs go 5-1 to move us into realistic striking of a playoff spot before the All-Star break.

Since that disastrous 2-17 start we have the 3rd most wins in the IL and are getting behind our emerging on field leader, SP Jerrod Blick. Blick has 2 CG shutouts this season and has quietly been on of the more dominant pitchers in the IL.

After one one more in The Windy City, we host Denver and Seattle before the break.

Denver is 3 games back of the final wild card spot. We're saying there's a chance. Hamada and Kendrick look like the real deals. Hamada made his debut and pitched well. Kendrick has put together three-straight nice starts. Sucks losing Thompson to injury for the year. I think he had a chance to be a good pitcher, but now with the injury, I fear he could end up the way Gray, Cook and Schefelbein did.

Bats rebound from our losing sim last week to go 5-1 in this one. Swept Carolina, took 2 of 3 from Davenport. We're 13 games clear in the division. At the halfway point, we're 56-25, which might be the best first half any of my teams have had. Not sure about that, but we're definitely better than I expected so far. Playoff odds report gives us a 100% chance of winning the Stout.

We'll spend the rest of the month against the Bock, so we'll see how that goes.

Finally we have a week where Morla decides to join the offence in a way that looks like his usual self. The bullpen is still in shambles, as we tried shuffling some guys around... perhaps more changes to come as we scout the trade block for new arms for our middle relief shit show!
