The Damian Pratt experiment is over, for now. He'll be sent back to AAA with J.D. Fazlic getting the call.

I need another hitter pretty badly as my rookies and vets are struggling right now. We are much improved though and getting Fullem back could help. Loya will make his debut too this week.

Pawtucket 4-2. Above .500 for the first time this season. In pretty good stalking positions right now, but we need our top of the order to show a little more.

5-2 for the Bats. Won our first five before dropping the last two of the week in Phoenix, so not a a bad week. It keeps us in first place for now.

I continue to be surprised by the hitting of Alexis Moran. He won't keep hitting this well, but if he could just be average or slightly above, he can be a valuable player given his ability to field in center. Coming from a sixth round pick, that'd be great.

Dave Koehler had to come out his game with a sore back. He should be back in time for his next start, but it's tough since he was pitching a no-hitter through 5.1 when he left the game. He's thrown two no-hitters in his career so far - no one in BLB history has 3.

We come home for our next 12 games, so hopefully we'll go on a little run to extend the division lead.

We are red hot in May. A 5-2 week.

Dave Buerger is still on fire. He hit .464 with a 1.353 OPS last week. He and Rod Sedivec are tied at 2.4 WAR for the best mark in the BLB.

I am going to start to seriously consider that there is a direct correlation between being in red affects player's performance on the field.

4 seasons in cash red never saw any. My correlation was only we kept losing players and progressively became bad :(

The lack of personnel is disturbing. We got screwed when our manager and bench coach left. Everyone else has Legendary coaches...we have Unproven and Fair with nothing else to choose from.
