Disappearing personnel contract extensions?

I'm sure I had my expiring minor league personnel signed to contract extensions earlier this year, but now I'm not showing extensions on any of them.

Looking around the league, there seem to be a real lack of minor league extensions on the part of active GMs I would have expected to lock up their guys, too. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah I could have swore that I had a lot of guys extended, especially my AAA staff but they are long gone now.

Are you guys sure they accepted? I know guys accept without waiting now. But sometimes they just say they'll think about it.

I was pretty surprised to lose 4 guys as well. Thought I had them signed.

Mine too. The only guy I lost was one that I didn’t extend.

Yeah, I locked them up back in the spring. They've been showing as having extensions signed all season.

What confuses me too is that those coaches are showing as being signed only through 2023 (this year) but they haven't left my organization yet.

Actually Z. You are right. I didnÂ’t notice signed though date. The ones I extended still say 2023. But I negotiated these relatively recently; maybe 3 or 4 sims back.

The problem I am seeing is the coaches who had extensions now want more... a lot more. One guy I had on a two-year $80,000 now wants two-years $458,000!

Maybe there is something built into the personnel model which allows coaches to decline extensions when their reputation increases. That is what I am at least seeing. The manager mentioned above is now LEGENDARY and I think when he signed it he was only excellent.

I didn't lose anyone but did experience this issue. My AAA pitching coach and hitting coach were both signed to 2 year extensions but now show signed through 2024 instead of 2025.

Anyone Pawtucket lost was intentional. We did lock 3 people up to extensions up and it shows they are still here.
