I've definitely seen 99-101... but don't remember.

I think that closer that Pitt took in the first round a few years back was 99-101.

Well, since we're getting new players.... the 8-8-8-8-8 guy was a 2B... don't remember his name... did anyone else have a guy like that?

Yeah. I had him 8-8-8-6-7 I think. He couldn't field a lick however.

I actually liked the last draft class better. Mississippi should be very pleased with this class.

I drafted a closer last year that I think hit 100. Jerry Davidson I think. It's been so long I forget his name.

Yeah. I had him 8-8-8-6-7 I think. He couldn't field a lick however.

I think I had him like 4-5-4-5 on his IF ratings. Not great, but certainly a servicable 2B. But... if he hits 8-8-8-8-8 (or even 8-8-8-6-7)... I don't care where he plays or how many balls he boots.

I'm pretty sure I had him 5-4-4-4. Looked like a better fit at 1B.

But yeah, that guy would of been unreal. Not only has the BLB never seen an "8" on contact but we have never seen an "8" on power, and this guy had both.

Yeah, Nathan Perceval was 99-101...he's lost about 6 MPH since then though.
