Denver is pretty dam good, but I'm sure Carlos is worried about that +7 PTY record. For what its worth I think its more a guide for NEXT season then it is for this season. Teams who have a surprising record and are say >+5 PTY season end tend to come more down to earth the following season unless some of those weaknesses hidden aren't addressed. Or you can just be great Phoenix & KC and whoopie your should only be 55-37!!! Great is still great. At times I wish they didn't put the PTY on the standings screen cuz its really meaningless in the end.

Gotta say, didn't expect to be in this position this year. I figured this would be a transition year of sorts, but the pitching staff has yet again carried the load. Roman has been Roman, Ke has been very good since his slow
start, and Patterson/Allen have been throwing darts. I wanted to get McDaniel some starts but I can't justify making that move right now.
Offense still isn't quite where I want it to be yet, but it's slowly starting to gel. Dave Mayer has probably been the biggest surprise, and Clemons is out here murdering balls. Now if Schneider could get the BABIP gods on his side...

2–-2 as Stripling takes home an All-Star MVP and an IL POW award. However, we only go 2-2 against DVS at home. We struggled with our pitching and it looks like I'll have to suggest some changes for Ismael for the second half of the season. We're probably going to promote a couple of kids to get some experience for a couple guys as I expect we'll be looking different next year.

We take 3 of 4 this week from the Guides. Our only loss come when we start a game with a single, double and Mike Morla lines into a 7-4 double play leading to no runs scored. Not sure how the runner on third is not tagging, while at the same time the idiot on second is far enough off to get doubled up, or why the moron on third, didn't scamper home when the throw went to second... I guess chalk it up to the algorithm that says we must lead the league in double plays every year... Damn that's frustrating!GM California Kodiaks 2014 - Present

But we have some transition for next year. Could be without Matney and TJ Davis. That's why I'm trying to hoard as many possible starters as I can. Its all for next year. Hamada might be ready but rookies tend to struggle. Don't know if Jimmy Thompson has the stuff. Threatt, Reed and Gotschall are a bit streaky.
For a team relying on its pitching, 2024 might be a bad year.

Again its stupid, to me your a 51 win team with perhaps some lucky dice rolls. Isn't that the way it works in real life?? Every league needs a CinderellaPAWTUCKET PATRIOTS
