Thanks Brad. I don't think Jake made any changes this time around.

When does the season start? These spring training games are too easy.

Two active double digit win streaks in the BLB and they're both in the Lager.

I'm sure the 73 win Golden State Warriors thought the same thing... How'd their season end??

Two years running one of the best bullpens... returning the same guys to an absolute shit show of a bullpen... 6 losses, 6 blown saves, a bullpen ERA of 6.13, and a widespread herpes epidemic in the seating area directly adjacent to the bullen in In-N-Out Field...

The two time reigning saves leader and, until this year, automatic ninth inning closer, A. J. Ingle can be had for a first

Toronto and Pittsburgh on the road...

The bubble will burst Saturday morning...

In the meantime we are 12-1 in May so far, Williams connected 2 bombs in his return to the BLB which is what I expected... So far so good, he will platoon with Amyot one more week.

In the minors former 1st Round pick Armbruster is heating up getting ready for his September call up, let's see what the young fella can do and if he can take over Barnard's spot next year, will be a good battle down the road. It took time for him to adjust and develop but his contact, gap power, patience at the plate, athleticism and leadership is more than needed in Dallas.

Well your bats handled my two best pitchers nicely.

Wade Brown is our new Aiden Gay. Bottom of the barrel FA signing that works out in the rotation.

Bats hit the road and go 5-2 against the Bock. 2 game sweep of Seattle, split with Davenport and took 2 of 3 from Denver. That keeps us in first place for the moment and is a nice rebound after losing 4 of 6 at home last week.

Our pitching was tremendous again this week with a 1.43 team ERA. Teh-huai Yang is our version of Wade Brown. Ed Carroll is still pretty good, Dave Honea looks healthy and we're picking up where we left off in 2021 on the mound. Unfortunately our lineup has also reverted to the form from that season, so we'll have to pick it up. Not sure how much any of it matters, since KC has this season in hand already.
                            Washington Bats, 2013-

Seems bottom of rotation is a great spot for these guys. In the new financial world most will merc in the #4 & #5 spots.
