But 'coming' and 'Montreal hands' go hand-in-hand. Oh yeah...

I guess "Montreal mouths" are considered too highbrow?

Well 3-4 for the Brawlers. What a mess of a week this was. Got some good pitching when we couldn't score runs and some bad pitching when we couldn't score runs and just enough times we got good pitching and scored enough runs. We should be hitting better than this so I'm going to have to do some tinkering and think about some of those guys that are tearing up AAA ball.

4-3 and we're one back of Phoenix.

For as good as Dusty Threatt has been since coming back to Denver, TJ Davis has been phenomenal. So good he's bumped himself into the Top 20. I think that's either the first or second time in his career he's appeared on the list. He's never been an All-Star and I hope he can actually get some wins to go alongside his performance. Keep it up, vet.

Seigo Ichikawa can't play centerfield and he isn't hitting either. We don't really have anyone else we trust until Gil Banda is ready.

Don't take this the wrong way but I'm rooting really hard to Denver to start losing.

The Stout is going to put four in and Phoenix is light years ahead of us. That leaves one spot. If Denver is still six games above .500 a month from now, Seattle probably sells.

You should want me to lose! I want Phoenix to lose. I hate Sully and so does everyone here. We're tired of him.

But if you are going to win, go on a run now so I can sell early.

We have been here before. Need to get through June. That is when the wheels fall off.

We got hot in June last year.

Not counting on it this year.

Just saw this performance from this past sim for me:

                          http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/blb/...e_box_391.html

Teh-huai Yang went 10.1 innings against Denver. He gave up a solo HR to the 2nd hitter he faced, and then the only other person to reach base came on a walk in the 9th. We needed every bit of it, as we didn't get on the board until the 8th and finally got the lead in the 11th inning for a 2-1 win.

10.1 IP, 1 hit allowed, 10 Ks, 1 BB. The game score of 96 gives him an early lead for the year's top performance. So far, so good for my budget signing.

He refused to play with my manager.

I'd say we are now even in the FA battle. You got Yang. I got Ulloa.

Happy to see one of the players that I traded up for hitting the Top 20 list so young, J.J. Williams is ranked the #18 when just turned 24 years old.
