Been near the top of my list for awhile.

        Wanted him in the 10th.

It's one of my late round default search criteria. First time I've had a chance to take one. Next stop HoF?

And now a 6'3" Lefty in the 10th? Make that an A+!

Pretty sure you're just drafting the greediest players left on the board.

We're going to lock them in the clubhouse, throw a splintered maple bat in the middle of the floor and tell them there's one spot on the roster.

Here's hoping Bornman takes it in the neck first because he's a total dick.

                • And Seattle is done.

5 trades - 14 picks - 7 pitchers, 7 hitters - and I actually think all 14 (two are on season ending injuries) will make my Single-A roster after the 30 man cut down.

Looking at your minor league records, I guess it's your AA club that will probably see most of the cuts, huh?

                      Quite a bit, yeah.

I've had a lot of filler there to start the year.

                          • With the penultimate pick in the draft, the Bats have selected Jamie Parenti. The towering, flamethrowing righty projects to be a perennial All-Star who will likely go down as one of the 3 or 4 greatest pitchers in BLB history. A truly excellent value here for the Bats.

                              • Pawtucket 6 pitchers and 5 hitters.

No Catcher for the first time in about 5 seasons.

Of the 6 pitchers,3 are lefties.
