I am down for realism, and for Roster construction, rather than few stars running the show as in 17! Therefore bring in the 18!!

It's the nightmare of all the Owners in the world, they enjoy a year or 2 of their teams until they have to spend $50M+ every year to watch them winning or tank and start all over.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

However, I see it two ways:
1. Day to day injuries, like in OOTP18 are way more realistic. Players are often dinged up but can still play. Ankle, wrist, finger, back, etc. I do agree that it would be tricky to add day to day injuries to a 7-day sim league, but if you check out below...
2. Changing the DL stint to 7 days would allow you to sit guys on a week to week basis with this injuries. Maybe a guy is day to day for estimated two weeks at say 25% decrease. You put him on the 7 day DL. The next week he is maybe day to day a week for only 10% less, and maybe you play him then?
Just a quick thought. I've really only known about this change for about 20 minutes with the new version.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

Not knowing the mechanics it just seems like it's not really a good MP feature for us.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

We currently have day to day injuries. They are just more robust in 18. And yes, players can have more than one injury.
I had guys with achy ankles also be out for weeks with a torn shoulder.
Can day to day turn into a big injury? Yes. But it's not much different than getting one major injury like we do now, or had been getting previously when day to day didn't exist.
