      I was worried about you.

You mentioned wanting a lefty arm in the pen and liked someone with demands that were too high. It was clearly Threatt.

I had to avoid offering too little. 1. I didn't want to piss him off. 2. I didn't want you to scoop him up last second.

I have a feeling my final offer was still more than you could or were willing to offer for a 6th man / bullpen arm.

Last bid for him was at 11ml and I was SO tempted. Actually your offer was spot on. Just timing.

Big sim for a lot of teams! Plenty of Free-Agent talent left (with lower demands)! Last chance to set your scouting and player development budgets. It's also your last chance to do stadium modifications.

And I'm sure I'm not the only one but I somehow got a budget increase this week. Can't explain it but not complaining.
Same!!! Mine went up a decent chunk of change. Unless he sees something I don't we don't feel super improved.

The owner changes scouting and development budgets. Make sure that's not what you are seeing. Mine added a few million in scouting so it looked like I lost money.

My budget actually went up from 114 to 120. Good owner.

Could it be related to Season Tix sales (not looking in game, so can't tell if you're tracking ahead of projections)?

Mine also went up. Could be season ticket related.

Mine went from 120 million to 130 million. Guess I can just dump it into scouting and PD.

                      That would make sense.

Not out yet. You can get a good idea by looking at last years standings and figuring out where you will draft though, then looking at the traded picks thread for any changes.

I'll work on this today and publish. I have a bit of bandwidth today and could use the distraction.

Draft order should be up to date (including trades). Let me know if you see any issues.
