Not gonna be an issue for my manager anytime soon haha. Plus there's no reason not to just throw it all in there. I have always put money into scouting/PD. I want to make scouting worth the investment but that issue died again too.

I also pushed for a stadium fund years ago but that didn't get any traction either.

money in scouting and PD and neither does anything. I could invest a dollar in scouting and it wouldn't matter.

I know scouting is bogus, but never figured out anything about PD. Seems there might be a Goldilocks zone in the 8ml-12ml range, but cannot prove it. I do know I've done 16 million once and saw the same result as 10 million. I can argue less then 5 million hurts, but again no proof. Maybe they were just bad players??

Historically I keep it below league average (3.5ml?) I've tried it above for a brief time, but again didnt make any sense. I think we would have to tie scouting accuracy to this somehow, but there would need to be testing from the commishes.

I've kept it lower the last few years to focus on my BLB team and there seems to be less improvement in my minor league players compared to the previous years when I put in more... But perhaps this is just what I want to believe as an excuse for my poorer drafting.
