I got a AAA pitcher with Tommy Johns surgery and will return next year. Is it wise to drop him to AA or A and see how he does and move him up if he's doing well, or should I just slam him back into AAA and let the chips fall where they may?

By the time he fully recovers from the surgery, he might even be BLB ready. I'd bring him back to AAA and give him a few starts but he probably could have held his own in the BLB this season.

hmmm, you thought he was already ready for BLB? I'm just skurred of burning a player by moving him up too quickly. I guess players like that shouldn't have too much of a problem though. I've been pushing Clark up pretty fast and I put him up in BLB for the rest of the year. See how him and the other 3 guys do. Finally got "my" guys coming up.

And by the way, nice international pickup result there. :)

If he hadn't got hurt, I think he would have also been called up.

That's enough about you... Now about me... Will retiree Dave Morlan be allowed to be returned to California after a year absence?! I thought I recall that early retirees could be changed to a one year hiatus?! Not sure if this is true or not.
