I dug up the draft thread. Kind of funny.

I spent the better part of that day trying to move up. I finally got spot in Los Alamos to send me the 13th pick.









I miss Dave.

I had 3 draft picks that year. WTF was I on.

Sometimes I think about proposing that we increase the injury frequency setting from low to normal.

Then I question whether anyone else would support it and don't bother.

Do we have to pay to change the dimensions of the park or can we just do it? Because I'm so ready to make major changes.

Gotta pay to change. I'll be undergoing the beginnings of a major renovation this offseason to help out righty hitters in my park.

For all the talk of Ulloa, Hartford's Al Kelly has 43 home runs on the season and is likely to break the long standing record as well.

That's better. Tanking shall commence.
But seeing my starting SS gone for the next 9-10 months is not cool.
He was only batting .253, but he provided good defense.
I guess this gives Pat Borts an opportunity to be a mediocre SS to start next season.

In Minor League news, I had two (TWO!!) teams win their division and make it to the post-season.
The Moncton Mohawks and Kingsville Knights both have something to play for in August.
Hopefully this a good sign that my team's future actually has a future.

Not really. These kids seem to really go thru growing pains alot longer.
