ok, unsure how I'm still in with a loss, but I've exported.

Yea can someone explain why Carolina gets two chances while Philly and Batavia only get 1?

Just the way it works. I think the team that only gets one shot gets the home game to try to even it out:

Three-Club Tie for Two Wild Card Spots:
After Clubs have been assigned their A, B and C designations, Club A would host Club B. The winner of the game would be declared one Wild Card winner. Club C would then host the loser of the game between Club A and Club B to determine the second Wild Card Club.

That explains the what, which I understand. I don't understand the why.

I'm not complaining about the format but it seems rather strange that one team arbitrarily gets two chances, while the other two teamsonly get one. I would think that a round robin format would be more fair.

Well, there's a procedure for assigning the teams into the A, B and C designations. Assuming OOTP is modeled on how the MLB would handle tie scenarios, it goes like this.

                    Spoiler

A quick check shows that BAT, CAR and PHI are all 18-18 against each other this season. They're also all 42-48 in games against Stout division teams, so we're still stuck if I'm reading it right. Somewhere it's assigned Carolina as team A, PHI as B and BAT as C.

That's still the "what" part of the equation, I guess. I'm assuming it's just the simplest way to get it done with in the fewest number of games. A round robin could just lead us right back into a tie if they all went 1-1 against each other again.

we'll take it although I don't have a rested starter due to using a 4 man lineup the last 2 weeks of the year.

I don't see how this concerns the Exports.
Get those exports in and lets see which team full of assholes wins the BLB so I can get back to making my team mediocre again.

I was Team A once before and lost both play-in games. Let's go Team C!
