Anybody else having this problem offering FA contracts?

As always teams experiencing this issue can PM me offers for players. As far as I know the only teams that currently have the problem are Indy, Philly and Los Alamos.

So how do we know how much we are able to offer for years past the present? Do we just subtract our projected payroll for that future year from our current budget?

The way it's supposed to work is exactly like you said, subtract your future payroll from your current budget.

I believe I am experiencing this issue too. I talked myself into thinking my open offers were putting me over the theoretical top in future years. But I just did the math again, and I don't think my offers should be rejected by the owner. I'm going to pair down the number of offers this sim. I'll PM the Commish with my offer(s) if the problem continues.
