UMD - I am asking this in all seriousness, but is it possible that the team as constructed just isn't very good? I mean you have had a ton of talent in and out recently, and the reality is maybe losing three of your best players in the span of one offseason has hurt your team. Then, since the talent level is lower, the chemistry comes into play with the morale issue. Thats where the spiral is.

No I was trying to say that I had Walz both years but only had morale problems last year.

Definitely part of it. I don't disagree but I'm feeling like there's a cycle that you can't dig out of with morale and losing.

Doesn't really matter. Can't win forever but it's definitely not fun spending more time on morale than baseball. Not enjoying it at all right now. Maybe it's just my turn to walk away from OOTP or just hope the next version fits me better.

I'm not really finding solutions to my situation in my research.

Could be time to burn the whole roster even the Jackson's, Swisher's and Sedivic's and start over.

We'll see how this season plays out.

Occasionally, I can say my thoughts with a clear mind and eloquently discuss the game and baseball in general.. The occasionally aspect of that sentence is rare. Most of the time I'm a bumbling moron who doesn't understand the game of baseball/this game, depending on who you ask.

I'm not sure that I've ever done this before, but I think Mike is on to something here. Yes morale is low, but quite a few players are either not performing or underperforming. I think the aces you lost may have made up for the fact that offensively the roster is a little flawed... says the guy with a career winning percentage around 0.400.

Probably right. This team isn't good obviously. It should be better and I can't figure out why. Maybe it's time to take a break from the BLB.

Not sure I'm motivated enough for like a 5th remodel.

Just run it back in 2022. This division is weak.
