I liked Perez, possibly more than Seymour. Perez is a safer pick, as Seymour needs a lot of time to develop even if he has a higher ceiling.

McDaniel was who I wanted. Made some weak efforts to get up to 1 or 2.

        KC is up already.

I liked Clark a lot. But the lack of defense and two injuries gave me pause.

Clark could be a stud...in the DL.

It's a good comparison. Bit more power and speed from Cookie.

KC is going with OF Kevin Quinney from Cal. He's probably a clubhouse cancer but he's the #1 player and #10 prospect in the NCAA and maybe the best combination of bat/fielding in the draft.

He's been on my prospect list for at least a year, maybe two.

If Davenport or Phoenix are around, I'd be willing to send a pick or maybe two to move up 1-2 spots from 1.8. 3rd or later.

Yeah, I think Clark is the top hitter. Aside from the ratings, what fielding stats looked bad? I'm shitty at determining that.

Injuries were a slight concern too.

Davenport takes SP Jimmy Vaughn. Couldn't really decide amongst several players so went with pitching.

I was hoping to land Vaughn. Had my mind made up I was going pitching at 1.7, so settled on Jimmy Francis.

Almost moved to 1.2 for Vaughn. Good pick.
