We've got some great races going on right now. Hopefully it stays this way. I like the pennant style playoffs but last year the Stout Division was the only one that was close.
Took 2 out of 3 against Davenport, 4-3 for the week but still lost a half game to the leaders.
Still we're 3 out with 1 week til the All Star game. We've made up 4 games in less than a month. I'm really liking the team now. Kirby is still crushing the ball, Hoover is still amazing for us, The rotation is solid. The only minor tweaking if anything is relief pitching, but everyone could always use relief pitching.
Hopefully we can get a little closer this week.

Treading water, yet somehow tied for first place. 8-9 more weeks without the big man! Dallyn is slowly coming back to Earth, but he's still pitching very well. And Mark Mabbett has really taken over as the offensive leader of this club with Kellum on the shelf. MM leads the league in BA, OBP, RC, Runs, Hits, and Singles....and ranks 2nd in OPS, RC/27, and Total Bases.
