    Thanks for stepping in commish!

Seattle is fucking terrible. I had two more players email me this week to say the chemistry is a huge issue. We have lost 13 straight games, and with the #1 pick pretty much locked up, we are trying to win these games and play spoiler. It's not working.

At least some fans bought tickets after cutting the gate price in half.

Wow. 6-0 Week moves us into FIRST PLACE in the Ale for the first time all year! 10-2 in September, we welcome Zack Reeves to the squad, Jamie O has moved into the number 1 spot of the players list, Dave Foshee finds himself on the TP list, things are pretty good right now in the Burgh. Lots of depth should help us down the stretch, and hopefully we can make a run this year.

1-6, and the division race is gone just like that. Hopefully we'll hang on to the top wildcard slot.

Batavia is just unbelievable in close games. We lost all 3 in extras, making them 18-2 in extra inning games now.

Not a bad week for the Brawlers. Some of the call ups are showing their worth, others maybe not so much.

Just treading along. .500 baseball all season and mediocre in close games. Bobby Marrero comes back this week.

1-6 as the week goes pretty much like I expected going on the road to face Batavia, Washington and our achilles heel this year, Philadelphia. Even with a bit of a stumble on the road trip, we still

Dominguez has pitched much better in September, which is encouraging. However the big news was the promising performance of 19 year old outfielder, OF C.J. Stripling. The kid who can't even go out to drink with his teammates yet, went 4 for 10 with 2 RBI and a stolen base in his first week of play. With both veteran outfielders, OF Malik Roberson and OF Dusty Filar struggling of late, we are going to go with manager, Ismael Lopez and bench coach, Jerry Chumley's joint recommendation that Stripling start in the outfield vs. RHP.

We play 13 of the next 19 at home so it is time for the boys to put up, or shut the hell up.

Jaime Stone is unreal. 7 complete games and 4 shutouts this year. 5-1 in his last 7 starts with 2 shutouts and 4 complete games. We are hanging around. Harmony back this week.

Gonna be a hell of a race for picks 3-7 in the draft.

We have such a weird offense, or at least it seems like it on the surface. We have 5 guys with 50+ RBI, but no one with more than 64. So 63% of the lineup is all bunched together in RBI production. We're also going to end up with 5 guys with at least 15 HRs as well. Just so unusual for a Philly offense

We stopped scoring runs a month ago. The door has been wide open for the Bock but nobody truly wants it.

Still for a 1st was a steal for Pitt. What a stud.

Seattle has a losing record against all IL teams but one.

Yes he has, he's been a very important piece to a good offense. I look forward to giving him a long term deal this offseason making sure he's part of this team for a long, long time.
