Congrats to Lynn for winning the AAA title.
It was painful to read that Ed Blue, who had a whole 1-HR on his AAA season, break the Badgers hearts with what would be a game-winning dong in the 8th.

A 4-2 week where we never scored more than four runs, and two more injuries (YIKES!) that saw us play a game with setup man AJ Ingle man short stop while DJ Burrell patrolled the outfield most of the week. Two games up... Exciting times in California. Can't wait for the call ups to add some semblance of normalcy to this defensive lineup.

2-4 and we move ahead of WC with a 1-game lead for the final playoff spot? That's something you don't see everyday.

We get OF Sonny Mason, OF Walt Nichol and 3B D.J. LaRossa back after this upcoming 1 + 6 SIM. So hopefully the "replacements" can put up a decent week against Seattle and Los Alamost and give us a little momentum going into the final 4 weeks of the season.

I'm so close to moving Dominguez to the pen for the rest of the year. He's had the worst month I've seen from a pitcher with his ability in a long time. I have to wonder if the combination of his low stamina and losing Lara behind the plate broke him somehow.

We need OF Dusty Filar to pick it back up. He's been straight trash since his All-Star appearance, but a good September from him would go a long way to helping us sneak into the playoffs.
