You could definately argue that the Porter is a tougher division than the Stout because of the two big dogs up top. This year, at least.

We're both 14-19 against the other 3 in the Porter and I'm 5-4 against him... so at best you can call it a push... but officially I'd be better for this year.

No, I do think you're better than California... just saying for arguments sake.

                1. Team name/mascot -- Kodiak for a baseball team doesn't work (IMO)...plus he loses points for changing names. And my Mascot is a stud. He would totally bang your Mom.

                2. No GIGGAS-curse -- The fact that I'm still around despite it gives VIR points

                3. Color scheme -- No way! My team is way more fitting for the time period. Those muted colors that he is using, while cool, don't work for an 80's league.

I think the argument is simple:

-- Virginia has more high end current players - even if you just count Harcourt and Oyos.

-- Virginia has a better farm system on paper

-- Virginia has a bigger budget

Those three factors alone are enough.... factor in the fact that I'm handsome... funny... and when Andrew's wife get prego and won't let him play anymore... this will all be MINE!!!! Muuuuuhahahahahaha!!!

                    1. Pitching: Vizcarra, Toapanta, She, Scott, Smith, Graham. You can't match that.

                    2. In the two and three quarter years since I've taken over California, a vastly out matched team when it comes to budget and talent I've posted 171 wins. In that same time span, with a budget that on average is 25 million dollars more a year, you've only managed 161 wins in that time frame.

                    3. Not that its a huge split, but I've also produced more all-stars than you have in the same time frame four to three.

                    4. The mascot/jersey/logo is much better than yours... at least it should be... you're partly responsible for it.

Watching two of arguably the worst franchises in BLB history fight over "who is better".....

                      Priceless.

First of all, Oyos is better than any 3 of those together. Add in Carlton and McSwain at the BLB level with prospects like Magness and Blue (Just going 40 man roster) and I would safely say that YOU can't match mine. Bottomline is your best pitcher this year is a one-hit wonder so far with no ratings or track record to back up the argument that it will continue.

                            2. In the two and three quarter years since I've taken over California, a vastly out matched team when it comes to budget and talent I've posted 171 wins. Not a valid argument for who has the better team... because (a) it would be HAD the better team and (b) the Stout over the last 3 years was the toughest in the BLB... remember those two teams that are leading your division now????? Yeah... they were in the Stout too!

                            3. Not that its a huge split, but I've also produced more all-stars than you have in the same time frame four to three.

                            ASG... whatever...

                            4. The mascot/jersey/logo is much better than yours... at least it should be... you're partly responsible for it.

I'll stand by this one... your unis are nice... but my logo and unis fit the BLB theme better.
