Frustrating week for me. 1-5, losing both games my ace pitched even though he only let up 4 runs.

He's no Joe Ponte. 2-0 this week for him, 16 innings, 0 ER, 7 hits allowed, 19 K to 0 BB. Not too shabby.

4-2 week for the Tobs.

I love my pitching from this week, all 4 wins came in shutout fashion. My offense was nothing to write home about though, they didn't do too much minus a 17 run outburst against California. Gotta get them going, Reyes hasn't paid off as well as I'd like.

4-2, had a scare with Samarano who's been tearing it up. Out two weeks with blurred vision.

Bats coming alive a little bit. Hoover's offering a little protection behind Samarono and Arce. Gotta hold the line til our big guy gets back.

Wow just checked the injury report and noticed Pete Kellum for BAL is out for a couple months.

Wow just checked the injury report and noticed Pete Kellum for BAL is out for a couple months.

Yes, brilliant but brittle Pete Kellum has suffered his yearly injury. I made it through a month without him last year, so let's see if I can last two or three months this time. Pete went out in a blaze of glory though, hitting .600 (15-25) last week and hurting himself while legging out a single in the final game of the week.

My starting 2B went down for two weeks with a blister, too. Time for the backups to shine!
