I had a good Gremades joke when I was back on page 2 but I guess now isn't the time.
I'll be interested to see if people give Zamora the nod for New Brew in the DL. If he'd played a full season, then I think it's a no brainer. I'm biased, but I think as long as he doesn't fall way off, by the time the end of the season comes around he'll have ~100 games played, and with those stats, I think he'd have the best arguement. And I think Keppel is just about a no brainer for SS myself.Charlotte Knights - OSFL

I don't think I'm being biased but while Zamora has had a nice season I think Corona has a good shot to win it...and Molenza is even throwing his hat in for ROY honors:
Zamora: .331, 26 2B, 11 3B, 24 RBI, 9 SB
Corona: .289, 16 2B, 4 3B, 13 HR, 65 RBI, 10SB
Molenza: .269, 31 2B, 13 3B, 9 HR, 72 RBI, 6 SBDallas Snappers
Pilsner Champs: 1984, 1986, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998
DL Wild card: 1992

Everyone's so damn sensitive. Maybe should add having a pair to the league's mandatory requirements.

That's the nature of internet forums and leagues like this. Unfortunately (or fortunately) everyone tends to have a reoccuring joke at their expense. Shit... that's true outside of the internet... I know some of my buddies and I have been bustin' balls about the crap that happened 20 years ago.
Right now your running joke/label is the "Gremades v Keppel" thing. No one EVER attacked you personally... it's all just part of the game.
Look on the bright side.... no one calls McCrotch... or Pat Smear. The Great One!

And I don't think it's biased at all, they all have legit arguments. But if Zamora keeps up his pace... in just over half the games that your boys have, Zamora already has the highest VORP...
Molenza 29.1 VORP .776 OPS
Corona 25.0 VORP .761 OPS
Zamora 29.9 VORP .857 OPS
Your guys have the RBIs, but if I didn't have Zamora in the leadoff spot, he'd be at least a little closer. Like someone else said, there's a lot of time left.Charlotte Knights - OSFL

Exactly... I see the DL New Brew going down to the end. The IL is just about sewn up... Dani Alvarez should not only win it... you could make a case to at least see some votes for Stout Slugger. He'd be the 2nd Dani/Danny to win the IL New Brew and the one with the far gayer spelling of his name. The Great One!

Where does my supposed personal vendetta come from? When you were about to make that ridiculous trade with Davenport a year ago, didn't I spend about 30 minutes on AIM trying to explain the financials to you? You have a fragile ego. Like Clay said, I was only busting chops. I do think it's hilarious that Andrew brought his name into the thread. I say something, and you go into a little bitch-fit. Alrighty...
Look, I'll leave you alone from this point on. It's obvious you can't take it.
