  • Waivers?

Is there a reason why waivers are 15 days instead of 14? Wouldn't 14 make more sense so it's only 2 sims? I know we had the poll about rotating between 7 & 8 day sims and thought it was decided to stick to 7 days but it would be nice if we didn't have to wait 3 sims for guys to clear waivers.

It's 15 days to give people a chance to pull back players who have been claimed and are eligible for revocable waivers. Players with 1 day left on waivers are not eligible to be claimed.

It is my understanding that revocable waivers only apply the first time a player is waived after the trade deadline and that all other waivers are irrevocable.

Does anyone know if my understanding is correct and if not under what circumstances are waivers revocable.

I'm just tring to understand how these concepts apply in the game.

No, revocable waivers exist year round. I'm not sure on the exact rules, but I know waivers are only revocable the first time a player is waived. The game will tell you if the player is being placed on irrevocable waivers. Anyone else is considered revocable.
