Another 2-4 sim... so... trade block watch:

Yeong-Suk Kang, 2 GS, 14 IP, 1.93 ERA. STILL has not given up a HR all year.

Florentino Corulla, 1 RBI and a .235 AVG! Get this guy while he's hot! I will seriously send Corulla and a high pick(s) to someone in exchange for nothing (aka 15th or 10th rounder) if they take his contract.

    Joe Soca, 1-0, 1.2 IP, 0 R.

    Paul Scott, no one cares.

We're free falling. We were at .500 about 3 sims ago and now we're 12 under. Pitching and hitting can't get on the same page and our vets are starting to disappear.

1-5, back to .500. We're playing like crap lately. It's odd though because we're getting better pitching.

My damn team. 6-0 sim, albeit against Hartford and Indy. I dunno what to make of my team. I should wait until next sim maybe?

Lost 2/3 against Indy, all three games were close
          Won 2/3 against Pawtucket

Surprise surprise, Roku Nakano goes down with another injury. This time its his knee. My team is injury-cursed. He was hitting .283 with a .360 OBP.

2-4. At .500 for the first time with 4 straight losing sims. Should I sell? Should I hold out in a so-so WC race at the moment? The moment may pass with me holding the bag...

On a + note we just reached an agreement on our first house! No more rent baby!

3-3 sim and we fall 2 games back of Windy City. I really hate them.

Clint Lance gets injured and is out for a month. I never thought I'd say this, but we're going to miss him. He's having a very nice year for us so far. I've got a tough decision to make in replacing him, might have to shuffle some positions around.

Cy Kirkpatrick made his AAA debut, and he's still awesome. He carried a no-hitter into the 8th inning (he already has one this year in AA). Final line for him: 7.2 IP, 1 H, 2 R, 10 K, 3 BB. He might not spend too much time at this level with Saul Soriano continuing to suck.

3-3 week... Vizcarra went down with a week injury... thankfully its a week and not a day-to-day so there's no way he'll be used by the CPU.

Cisneros my first round pick continues to struggle... hitting well below .200 in A ball so far. Of course all of his ratings are still in the 2's... but hopefully he starts to pick it up soon.

Would love to get a 2-1, 3-0 sim out of next Tuesday's sim.

The return of Latham marks the return of a winning team. 5-1 sim including a sweep of the Bats and a 9th inning blown save by the normally reliable, "Giant Killer" Hanarahan.

And during that damn sweep we lost all 3 games by 1 run each. What a joke. Two of them we gave up 2 runs in the 8th!

4-2 sim in Virginia. Finally got over the Batavia hump.

7 guys in my pen combined for 13.1 innings and ZERO earned runs. That's how you hold onto leads boys. It's about time you all had a decent week at the same time.

Murcott got the bump back to the top of the lineup and responded with a rock solid week.

Hmmm swept by both Hyundai (jerks) and Dallas, never scoring more than 2 runs in any one game. Awesome.

                            I'm back...
I'm back in the saddle again.

Great sim 5-1. Now that the bands back together I'm hoping we stay injury free the rest of the way. Kirby is on fire, and Theodore continues to lead the staff.

2 games up at the break. Whoulda thunk it?

I believe I picked WC as a close second in the Bock. So, I had more faith than many.
