Same thing here. Might just be the site....or we've both been booted from the league.

It finally kicked into gear. A 3-3 sim with another blown save in the 9th. Geez! That's 3 in two sims.

Plus my test at putting an outfielder at 3rd base due to the overcrowding in the OF was not good...6 errors so far!

Finally a good sim. My pitching is still all over the place but is showing some signs of life. My offense keeps winning games for me. Nice to see a little more breathing room in the division as well.

Liquid... it's time to move up Cy!

15 K's in six innings last time out? Damn!

Super quiet for a Tuesday.... McCrotch being on "vacation" leaves us without much fodder for ridicule.

Ok, I think it's time to pack it in for this and future seasons. I can't seem to get any consistency from my players. So it looks like my players INCLUDING Keppel will be on the block shortly.

Also, I'm sorry for forgetting to vote for the All-Star team. Been a little busy.

No one would ever have a package of players/picks large enough to grab Keppel me believes.

I would think someone like Clay or chippered could put together a mega package of prospects. Or they could pull a wessinmouse.

I'd be willing to take a shot. Keppel would look DAMN good in a Colonial's uni. You think he's good now... put him in a park for 81 games that is custom built for a guy with his ratings (left-handed, pop, gaps). He could hit 45-50 in my park easily. Harcourt is going to put up over 30 this year... Keppel would be a machine.

If Keppel could pitch I'd take a shot at him. Big move for whatever team gets him, but I know I'd have to get rid of Gonzalez and/or Avery to get him, so I'll pass.

I don't think Hyundai is going to move Keppel. He's one of the Top 3 in the league... locked up till '90 for a steal of a deal... and still young.

Don't get me wrong... I hope he does. I'd put together a Cabrera package for him.

Yeah, that contract makes him 100x more attractive. But I wonder if it would be worth it for anyone outside of Virginia. Close to anyone else would just have to decimate their minor league system for one guy.

I agree that the contract gives him some huge value, but if someone could put the package together he could easily get value back in trading him and become a contender in a matter of a couple of seasons.

That being said, I dont think he'd move him either, but smart move putting the feelers out.
