  • Tonight's Sim / Draft

Hey guys. Just wanted to let you know that I won't have time to run the sim or get the draft class in tonight. We just came under agreement on a house so are celebrating. I will plan on running the sim and entering the draft class over the next two days and will have them up for Tuesday night. Sorry for the delay.

Wow! That was quick. Did you buy the first house you looked at?

      P.S. Congrats

I could think of no better way to celebrate than by simming, but I guess we're different.

Seriously, congrats on the house!! Post some pics when you get a chance.

          Congrats!

It's good timing- I have my Step I medical boards exam on Tuesday anyway. I need every second for cramming now and readjusting my minors would take some time.

            Question/Beg:

Would it be possible to just run the sim tonight, so we have something new to look at for the next few days? That way, we don't bug you tonight, tomorrow, and all day Tuesday for a new file...and during these next three days you can enter the players? You wouldn't have to import anything or run any sim for Tuesday....We would just have a sim, but wouldn't be exporting files...we would just wait until Tuesday when we got the draft file. Plus, with the rookies being put into for the "Tuesday File" we would have plenty to work on with the rookies, and since we didn't export any files, we would still have to adjust lineups, minors, etc. All that jazz like normal. Seems like win-win.

I think if anything, this might even be easier on you, Andrew.

            Just a thought.

Pat/Diesel/McCrotch, just go get some hookers and blow. You'll forget all about the sim.

              Thoughts and Prayers.

I think you're wasting your time on this one, McCrotch. Andrew is likely 4 Zima's and a wine cooler into the celebration by now.

No, that one was a POS. After a 2nd look we noticed how little the previous owners took care of it. Holes in the walls, etc. Plus water in that basement was going to be a constant concern.

Andrew asked me to post the pictures of the house I took for him yesterday.

The good news is it doesn't look like water in the basement will be an issue.
