  • SIM COMPLETE - 1984 - Regular Season 9

    Next sim: Thursday

I'm going to try to get the draft done for the end of Thursday's sim. It might not happen until Sunday though.

    Interleague play this week.

Last of all.. sorry Pat. Don't fuck with Boston.

Back on track after getting Sato healthy and leading off. Paid back Los Lunas with a sweep after getting swept by them last sim.

Meanwhile, I'm going to get someone to take Frayo out back and beat him with a hose.

This works too. Ask Los Alamos.

We're up to .500. Last place still, but the race is pretty close in our division.

Two of my players got injured in collisions at a base. I guess the second didn't learn from the first idiot's mistake.

Cy Kirkpatrick pitches a no-hitter at AA. I'm anxiously awaiting his potential drop.

I'm not sayin'... I'm just sayin'....

Joe Sierra is lucky they just didn't shoot him right there on the field. Put him out of his misery.

                          Karma.

I have spent the last few days bashing Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang for hurting himself running the bases. My friend and I have a running joke about how baseball players are the most injury prone people on the planet. Even superstars can't run to first base without hurting themselves.

                          FUCK!!!!!!

Everyone pick your favorite/best player in your organization...now imagine that he is out 12 months after running the bases....that is what is happening...

It's a shame with Sierra... don't get me wrong... I'm sure it is Karma.... but.... of all the cats to bite it.... dude is arguably the most durable Superstar in the BLB. Look at his games played. It's a freak bite in the ass.

Damn, lost two extra inning games this week

Bright side- Don Stevens threw 12 innings and only gave up 2 runs. Raimundo Carranza is back, though he's just a mediocre MR now. Roku Nakano is hitting .253 with a .362 OBP. Ummm, that's all I got :)

Too bad to hear about Sierra Diesel
