I had no idea that it was still up. How old is Comerica? Know of any sites with recent pics of the old Tigers stadium? I'm guessing it looks weird with trees growing in it.

Ironically, they just finalized a contract today to tear it down. It's been used only once in the last 6 years and that was for a Snoop Dogg concert during the Super Bowl.

I don't think you are crazy; in the SP I play I had a guy for awhile who would hit .400 every April, then fade to around .230 by the end of the year.

If you have an understanding of what causes the potential ratings drops/increases it's not fair to keep it to yourself is it? I haven't a clue myself.

I have no concrete understanding. Just opinions. This may all be irrelevant when OOTP9 comes out anyway.
