The purpose of raising the minor league roster limits to 30 players was to allow for a minor league DL since the game doesn't have one. I didn't intend for people to actually fill them unless necessary. This has caused 2 issues:
- Teams who don't have a lot of players in their minors are finding it difficult to fill out their rosters. I know there's plenty of FA's available but it would take days to scroll through them and figure out who will accept a minor league deal. The reality is that most players who would accept a minor league deal retire if they go unsigned for more than a year. This leaves free agency with a bunch of players who should be in the minors, but won't accept minor league deals.
- Teams have continuously gone over the limit forcing me to make transactions for them to continue the sim. This has actually become more of a problem than people leaving players on DFA.
From this point forward, please limit each of your minor league teams to a maximum of 25 non injured players.
