Well, I predicted me for 3rd... I'm not that far off. Indy is hurting me.

My favorite thing about Nazaire is his OBP is actually higher than his slugging. Dunno if I've ever seen that before. Could be a great leadoff guy but he doesn't have much speed once he gets on (40% of the time of course), so if you're old school you want that speed up there. He's off to a great start, but talk about your definition of a punch and judy hitter. Wish I had him.

Well, the best advice I ever got before I got married... seems simples... but it's often overlooked.... I don't try to run her life...and I don't try to run my life.

I must ask that you guys stop beaning my leadoff hitter please. He's only been in 7 games so far this year and already hit twice.

I just looked at the HTML for this league for the first time in a good while. Holy shit.

Such is the beauty of the season-to-season variance of OOTP. Everyone was saying I screwed you last year with the Latham, Tandy and Stafford contracts while they laughed up their sleeves at my incompetance, but now the first two are hitting like gangbusters, all the young pitchers I acquired are pitching great, and you have enough budget room to make the Stafford contract of almost negligible significance.

I guess I knew what I was doing after all. Suck on that, haters.

Damn Clay, that sounds like a blast!! Now I know why my first marriage failed, lol.

Seriously, I'm extremely jealous of those that can make it work. Hopefully the second time around will be much easier for me. I'm pretty sure I have the right girl this time, so thats a start.

No take-backs, Skerik. Its my squad now and I'm hogging the credit too. A lot has to do with my game day changes. I'll give you a tiny lil' thank you, but sorry for you. That's all you get.

You did a great job with the pitchers, I'll concede that. However, I've had to shortchange myself in a lot of departments because of those contracts so its not all peaches and cream. Those contracts are monsters and strap me in for over half my budget between 3 players this year, and over a 1/3 between 3 players next year. Both years, I have a 15 million dollar seat warmer, so please, don't act like you did me a favor in the hitting department.
