I kept my rotation how it was, and just set it to start #3, telling it to start the highest rested starter so Parongao pitches game 2. It's going to throw the rotation off a little bit, but it'll sort itself out.

I can't remember if pitchers have expectations to be the #1 starter or not. If so, then I wouldn't move Franklin out of that spot.

You can leave him in the 1-spot, just change the 'next pitcher' to pitch to whoever is rested in the pitching rotation screen. Hope you understand.

You definately want Franklin to pitch one of the first 3 days... Get him that first win in the opening series... pitch your scrubs in the 2nd series.

Hmm. I think I'll keep him fresh for that 2nd series...

Smart move. Don't want to risk injury this early.

Doesn't hurt that he'll be 100% against Virginia either.

Is there a stat in baseball that reflects strike-outs/at-bat?

There's K/9 which is based on 9 innings of work... something like that?

Hitter. I'm just taking a look some of the avoiding K's ratings and stats on my team with out doing the math

Not an actual stat... but not tough to calculate

Maine will miss Hariki, Cleary and MacCabe will be a significant downgrade from Sanchez. Pittsurgh coasts to a much easier division title than last year.

                                Maine

Third straight division title for Sin City though Hyundai may challenge if they can stay healthy.

                                DL Pilsner
Could be a tight race if Indy and/or Dallas can get some pitching.

                                Denver
                                Indianapolis
                                Dallas
                                Syracuse

                                Maine
                                Hyundai
                                Indianapolis

                                IL Stout
Another easy win for the defending champs though I look for significant improvement over last year from Wimington and maybe Virginia. These two teams are still a year or two away from serious contention against the formidable Washington squad.

                                Washington
                                Wilmington
                                Virginia
                                Morgantown

                                IL Bock
Could be a very tight three-way race with Los Alamos getting the nod on the strength of the front end of their rotation. I don't expect Davenport to score as many runs as last year so their chances may depend on improved pitching. Carolina may miss Crilos and I don't expect Winchell to repeat his surprising 1983 campaign. WC will win more games than last year but are not quite ready to compete with the other three teams in the division.

                                Los Alamos
                                Davenport
                                Carolina
                                Windy City

                                IL Porter
I look to Baltimore to be a surprise team this year and contend for a wild-card spot but they don't have enough to upset a strong Philly team. I look for a bounce-back year from Tandy and better play from their young outfielders who may have been rushed by the previous owner. Cali had a good off season but still has a long way to go.
