Well I'm thrilled to have gotten Hector gonzalez, he was the #1 player in the draft IMO.

I have no clue who I'm going to take... draft went a bit different than I expected.

Pick will be in, in 20 minutes at most.

I had figured Sasaki would be gone by the time it got to me with one of the catchers off the board. I figured Smoot would go in the 4-5 range, he's a solid pick though.

I had smoot in the top three, so I was sure he'd be gone before he got to me at nine, but I was hoping.

I blame Diesel if that pick burns me.

I take all the credit if it works.

                    Try baseball

You should then be able to change it from your profile page in the utility.

Colonials pick is in. Went with Arlen Spencer - the 18 year old right hander from NJ. All 5 of my scouts had him in their Top 6. He was the only guy on the board that they liked across the board.

Colonials need arms. We're happy to have Spencer.

I'll be watching Mississippi's Homer. My Top Scout LOVED him. Had him as the top pitchers in the draft, but the rest of my guys were not impressed. Just couldn't make myself take a pitcher named Homer.

                          Don't worry

In 3-4 sims, he's going to take a ratings hit and will join Yan Van Dan Lan Tan as first round busts. Three of my scouts had him being a safe 5-6-5, and my one scout (the one I trust the most) had him at 6-7-6 which was better than Sasaki. We'll see- I'm not holding my breath on any of my prospects.

I think Homer is a great pick.

My four top scouts had him 5-6-5, my two lower scouts had him 5-6-4 and 5-8-6. But what I really liked about him was his legit endurance, "6" from all my scouts but one, 72% ground ball (2nd best in the entire draft), and he has a hold runner of "5."

I think he is a very good pick.

We're now diverging from my projection and I don't like it.

Funny, he looks a lot older than that.
