Well we got our man. I hope it works out. Clearly, SION knows what they're talking about.

"The deal is seen as a masterstroke for the General Manager's office, and could well go down as one of the shrewdest moves in club history."

Andrew, what happens if we sign someone during this 30 day period? Aren't they going to go DFA and screw everything up?

According to SISA, the top prospects are:

          1. Yoshinaka Toiguchi 3B - Poor fielder with an "8" on power potential.
          2. Manny Cisneros C - Good fielder, great power bat.
          3. Nakazo "Chuckwagon" Sasaki SP - Throws fast, good stamina, good ground ball, great control.

Granted it is SISA, and these guys could be scrubs. Who knows.

I think you just need to have space open in your minors and/or big league club. Everyone else signed with no room will have to be cut. I think?

It would still put them in the DFA section of your roster.

Leaving a spot open would still force Andrew to manually put them on the roster. No?

It usually puts minor league players on your single A team, I believe. Big league players show up on the the DFA. At least, that's what seems to be happening to the guys I signed.

Shortlist them, its a little button in the bottom right that you can press in the player profile

Hopefully, you are still up. Got another question. How do I look at the Draft List in-game. I see it as a webpage but I'd like to do the same but in game.

                      Never mind. Found it.

Also, do I only need to send one scout to scout the draft pool?

Thank goodness I'm pulling an all-nighter for my finals :)

Go to the free agent screen, there's a new tab with draft pool. The draft order is posted somewhere here on the boards.

Make sure you send multiple scouts to scout the draft pool- that task is also found on the screen with the draft pool. It never hurts to have more than one opinion.

Credit to Clay for figuring this out.

As Spectre said, send multiple scouts to scout the draft pool. It is easily the most important scouting period of the year, so having multiple opinions is a good idea. I will be using all my scouts to scout the draft class.
