That's not exactly the pinnacle of finding common ground. It's like agreeing that the sky is blue, the grass is green, and Virginia will lose 100 games next year.

(a) the sky is not blue... the sky appears blue due to the scattering of light waves.
(b) not all grass is green... in fact, my neighbors grass is yellow most of the year... hence the reason I hate him.
(c) Virginia will NOT lose 100 games this year. In fact, IF I lose 100 games I will renounce my ownership in the league and forfeit my #1 pick for the next 5 seasons.
...and your catching Diesel on the suck scale, bitch.

You're a writer who can't even use the proper form of you're/your?
Because I know it's coming, I'll head your retort off at the pass.
Yes, this means that you should come back and write for OS because you'll fit right in.
I am a writer... I do know the difference... I actually do have mad grammerz... but I type faster than I think and sometimes what's in my head and what comes out of my fingers are not the same.
I'm the first to admit that. I have the same struggle that, I would argue, most writers have... I can edit the shit out of someone else's work, but I can't edit my own. I know what I meant... I know what's coming next... so I don't read it as thoroughly.

No doubt. I never read my stories at work. I send them straight to the copy editor every time.
What's the point in me reading them when I'll miss every mistake anyways?
California Kodiaks - GM - 1982-2013 Brewmaster's Cups: 1987 Import League Champions: 1987, 1989

Exactly. So, I don't even try on message boards. Because I post how I talk... kind of sarcastic and quick... I literally try to reply/type as quickly as the thought comes to me. That often leads to an assault on the English langues... or at least spelling.
