Contract Anomaly

I just noticed one of my scouts is signed through 2238 at $0 per year. He's not a great scout but I can't complain about the price. Also, after, say, 150 more years of experience (at which time his contract will still have more than 100 years to run) he ought to have some pretty good ratings. I guess I should hope he doesn't up and die on me before his contract runs out.

Life-time contracts are even present in OOTP8.

One of my scouts did the same thing. He's signed for like 40 years at no cost. I let Andrew know about this awhile ago but he's still free.
