Gremades is never going to win a SS if anyone has anything to say about it. Keppel deserves it this year, but EG should have had one already.

Of course I am, especially because of 1980. Everyone's always talking about how amazing Keppel is, and while I agree, any time Gremades gets mentioned it's just like "meh, just another decent 1st basemen".

I don't recall anyone ever saying Gremades was "just another decent 1B".

I love Gremades. With the season your team has this year, he's probably the winner if Keppel isn't as good as he is this season. The problem is, they are such similar players, you have to do something outstanding.

I honestly think if Gremades has 10 more points on his BA and 15 more RBIs, he wins easily based on the Pittsburgh season....

...don't feel bad though... a source close to the league says that Pittsburgh is expected to have a big day at the podium tomorrow.

Don't get me wrong, I knew he wasn't going to win this year. He set a career high in HR but only drove in 98 runs. I think it was 1980 when he hit like .350 with 21 or 22 home runs and 115 or so RBI and his OBP was, as always, through the roof.

I'll take one for the team and end this argument. Trade Gremades back to me. He's got a much better shot at winning Stout Slugger if he's not in Keppel's league.

Only 98? Even the rookie (Melgoza) drove in more runs! :)

Pitt & Carolina need to change their colors...I always get them confused.
