    New Owner - dieselboy

    Please welcome dieselboy, who will be taking over Washington. I'm sad to see HLewison go because he's done a lot for the league but dieselboy will be a very good replacement.

          He hasn't exported since before the playoffs and hasn't responded to email or PM. I cut him more slack than I would most, but we needed somebody to run that team before the regular season. Luckily diesel contacted me today.
