I know Windy City wasn't happy with losing so much talent this off-season for financial reasons... but between Samarano's injuries (one every month of the season - I'm counting late March's for April - including a 12-13 monther) and the apparent freefall of Nick Arce.... I think W.C. sold high. It's like Justin Timberlake dumping Britney Spears just weeks before she went bat shit crazy.
Hoover is still productive. I think I gave up too much, but I can't complain right now.

One of my young pitchers potential dropped from Stuff:3-->2. Does that mean he won't get any better than 2?

            No. It's a weird system.

It means that your scout thinks he'll only be a 2 at the peak of his career. Thing is, if he's above that mark now, he could stay that way for years...

Plus the game has a lot of talent changes... so he could shoot to a 5 tomorrow. It's pretty random imo.

I noticed my CF decided to get hurt AFTER he just signed a 3-yr extension. What an ass.

I can take him off your hands if you're worried that he won't amount to anything.

I'll give you Sully's first round pick. Trust me, it's ok. I traded him the pick but I'm not sure we ever talked about rights. Shhh, it's all in the small lettering.
