    Go figure.

Last week my pitching was dominant and I go 4-3. This week my pitching was crap and we go 3-3.

    Ugh.

Wasn't expecting much from Godofredo Martinez, but he's become my September MVP. 2 starts... 15.0 innings... 6 hits... not Runs... 2 wins. Thanks!

I'd like to throw some love to Denver and Los Lunas. Keep playing hard boys. I'd love to see you pass Los Alamos in the standings!

It's obvious that you can't do it yourself!

Wow! Don't be fooled by their close to .500 record. The baseball Gods hate Dallas. Just when their prospects are starting to blossom, they get a $22.0 million dollar china doll. What a miserable string of injuries for Samarano. Now an entire season lost.

I know Windy City wasn't happy with losing so much talent this off-season for financial reasons... but between Samarano's injuries (one every month of the season - I'm counting late March's for April - including a 12-13 monther) and the apparent freefall of Nick Arce.... I think W.C. sold high. It's like Justin Timberlake dumping Britney Spears just weeks before she went bat shit crazy.

I don't want to catch you. I don't want to beat you necessarily either. Me losing AND you losing helps me.

In addition, Denver winning also hurts Wilmington because Sully has Denver's #1 (among his 2 dozen #1 picks).

So, to recap, I want things to happen that (a) benefit me and (b) See (a).

                      Thank you!

Yeah, it's possible 2 of my 4 first rounders will fall in the 4 picks of the round. That's fine though. My plans are to parlay two of those picks into a top 5 pick. :)

You mean Top 4... cause I'll be at 5 and I'm not trading with your ass.

I just hope Morgantown, Batavia, Pawtucket and Cali recognize that while multiple picks are nice... Top 4 talent is even better.

No question we didn't wanna lose Arce, Samarano, and Hoover. But we did what we had to do, and I think we'll be right in the mix sooner rather than later.

We may have 3 first rounders this year if Mc Evoy leaves, we already have 2 firsts, 2 seconds, and 2 thirds, and a boat load of young talent.

BUt prospects, are nothing more than that. They could all bomb out. I personally like sure things myself.

I really think there's something in the water in Dallas. I flipped through all the BLB teams a couple weeks ago and we had the most players on the DL. Some teams didn't have anyone on the DL, which is mind boggling to me since I always have 2-3 guys on it. I'm constantly losing top players...Sanchez, Guzman, Albors, Sato. It's crazy.
