  • SIM COMPLETE - Offseason #5

I managed to sim up until Feb 8th, the start of pre season. Thursday's sim will hopefully take us to the start of spring training.

    - I moved guys signed to minor league contracts onto AAA squads for a few teams. Dallas, Sin City and Syracuse I think. This wasnt your fault, just wanted to have the sim go past 21 days.
    - I had to release a bunch of players in Dallas's DFA section because you didn't make any moves after signing them in the last sim and you didn't have room on your 40 man roster. If you sign a guy to a major league contract, he has to go on the 40 man roster.
    - Sundays sim will take place on Monday. I'll be in NY for the Giants vs Redskins game with the Whale.
    - The history should be properly updated now.

Andrew - did you get my files for the sim? I had some guides for where to put any players I signed.

    Cheers

I got your file but it said it was an old file date so didn't import correctly. Are you sure you exported from the latest league file? :-k

Do the rosters expand for spring training? If so how many spots? Is it the entire 40man roster?

I just noticed the top two teams from last year have the two lowest payrolls this year...interesting.

                  That is interesting.
I think I can compete with the lower payroll, but we'll see. I had to make some tough choices, and unfortunately didn't get the Free Agents that I wanted.
