I haven't been this excited for a sim since Tardif's debut.
*Rochester starts all 7 games and doesn't disappoint; .320 BA, 4 HR, 13 RBI, 1.254 OPS, 7 game hit streak (that's right!), and his VORP is more than half way to his total when he left Syracuse (5.6 now / 11.5 with Syracuse)
*Dean starts 1 game, pitches well enough to win and leaves with the lead only to see the bullpen blow it in the 9th.
*Tardif... well was... Tardif! (2-0 1.98 13 K's/13.2 IP)
And I'm STILL 4 games back!!!!!

I'm getting closer and closer to calling him up soon- I'm going to give him another month in AAA I think. My scouts think he's really close. Same with my AAA closer and #2 pick from 1982, Zander Tillman. Both will hopefully see some action at the end of this year when rosters expand.
On a related note, I think my team has the most one-run losses in BLB. I desperately need to boost my offense. Hopefully, when Noa and Ramos are healthy next year my offense will get a boost.
I just noticed Rochester's start with you all... wow. maybe the IL is his home. Winson looked decent, much better than his .184 in his first call up with Los Al.
Stupid question, every one always mentions, "so and so hit .380 with 6 homers and 12 rbis this sim." Is there an easy way to find this or is everyone just adding it up on their own? I thought that you guys might have been looking at "This Week" or "Last Week" on the html player card but that doesn't line up. Maybe I have been wasting my time with math again.

4-3, taking two of three against Carolina, one of three against Philadelphia, and then smashing Virginia in the first of a three game series.
My starting pitching W-L records so far:
#1- Joe Chavarraga 10-3 2.17
#2- Romano Gonzales 11-5 2.44
#3- Cristofor Villazon 10-3 1.94
#4- Joe Rodriguez 10-3 2.94
Yikes.

There will be no sims on:
Thursday, March 6
Sunday, March 16
Tuesday, March 18
So, based on that, Trade Deadline is before Tuesday's (March 11th) sim correct?
Deadline is 7/31 - Sims should be 7/12-18 on Tues (3/4), 7/19-25 on Sunday (3/9) which would mean the deadline would pass on the 6th day of the Tuesday March 11th sim.
*Pateshall goes 14 innings in 2 starts giving up 1 ER and he only gets 1 win!
*Bovey is on FIRE hitting .520 with 4 HR's and 10 RBI's on his way to IL POTW.
*The offense unloads for 17 runs in a Tardif start! Guys, save it for another starter. Hotwire only needs 2-3 per game.
After all of that I'm STILL 4 games back!!!
Alright, I'm done bitching for this sim... until I end up 4 games back again after next sim.

Yikes. Virginia continues to blow so many winnable games in the bullpen.
Latest "Mags" update, in his second start in AA, "The Skull" throws a complete game three hit shutout with 9 K's and 0 walks. He's now gone 35.1 innings without issuing a walk. He's issued 1 in his brief career versus racking up 29 K's and two CG shutouts. That's totally un-Colonial like.
It's almost frightening for me to have a player with this sort of talent, just because I'm waiting for it to all go away. I will be resting him on and off for the rest of the season, as to not blow him out.
