Nice! Not a bad sim for Rubancava. In his other start he went 8 IP allowing only 2 hits and no runs.

Ugh. I screwed up the Lacour trade, and then lost Woodbury for a month and Irvin for the season.

Got swept by Pittsburgh and then turn around to sweep Sin City.

If my bullpen didn't play like crap vs. Pittsburgh I could have gone 6-1 in that sim.

We went 5-2, including a couple big comeback wins in our last at bat, so I'm happy with the sim. My offense still isn't that good, but if we can come up with some timely runs like this, we'll be in good shape.

Unfortunately, it looks like Davenport had a good sim, they've got the lead now. With the moves they've made, it's going to be tough. Can't forget about Los Alamos right there as well.

Not too shabby for a 2nd rounder, 19th pick... a relative unknown.

In other news, Tardif and Aurilio continue to dominate. Thank goodness both guys are in the "other" league. Keppel wins another Batter of the Month Award, his 4th such award in 5 years. Dave Robbins wins the IL BotM, and gets traded to Davenport as a reward.

A winning sim (4-3) and I still lose 2 games in the standings! If my bats didn't get put to sleep in the last 2 games (6 hits and 1 stinkin' run in 2 games) I might be a bit closer. I'm hoping that my pitching can outlast the big additions in Davenport.

Can I start Tardif every other day?

OK sim but Bartolome Noa was lost for 2 months. Fantastic.

At least my minor teams are fun to watch. I can't wait to see Cossa's debut as well, I hope he'll hit enough to lock down the starting job for next season.

two for me... add that to the two other I've already received. So I guess that makes four for California.

Robbins had 9 RBI in his first week with Davenport. The best offense in the IL just got better.
