Can we vote for guys that have switched leagues during the season?

        Also, a player pimping:

He missed 40 games, but Joe Reyes still hit 31 homers and drove in 96 with a ridiculous .371 batting average and a 1.016 OPS. I know it's hard to vote for him because he missed a big part of the season, but you know he would have walked away with it had he been healthy, and he still has worthy numbers.

I assume you're asking because of Lacour. Unfortunately, like Jistic said he's a victim of circumstances. I won't say you can't vote for him, but he hasn't done enough in the DL to be considered a legitimate award winner, IMO.

I believe Kuramochi's K/BB, WHIP, Complete games, Opponent OBP, and Opponent OPS shows why he should be voted as the best pitcher.

This is a post lobbying for Harry Keppel as the DL's New Brew recipient (and Stout Slugger finalist). :)

              Avg: 5th overall, 2nd rookie
              Hits: 3rd overall, 1st rookie
              2b: 1st overall
              RBI: 2nd overall, 1st rookie
              Runs: 3rd overall, 1st rookie
              TB: 1st overall
              RC: 1st overall
              VORP: 1st overall

Also, I'd like to throw out there for Pale Ale Pitcher, David Rumsey

              20-9 (T3rd)
              2.93 ERA (T3rd)
              9 CG's (2nd)
              273.2 IP (2nd)
              319 K's (1st)
              10.5 K/9 (T2nd)
              1.13 WHIP (4th)
              7.5 H/9 (3rd)
              .613 OOPS (5th)
              59.2 VORP (4th)

Finally, I'd like to promote my MR Ben Fisher. Not a closer, he only ended up with 1 save, but look at his other numbers. I'd say he was top 3 in MVP on my team.

62 Games Pitched, all in relief.
14-2 record. I haven't done the research, but I'd rekon he's #1 in wins for a pitcher not to make a single start.
              102.1 innings pitched
              3.69 ERA.

              Thank you for your consideration!

I think the fact that nobody else in the top 4 in OPS in the DL played more than 140 games, helps Reyes.

Another scary thing about Reyes is that he was still 4th or 5th in the DL in hits (184) and he missed nearly 40 games.

I sent my ballot in last night, let me know if you didn't get it.

Only player from the Tobs I can see getting any real consideration is Casimiro Cabezas for the IL Last Call Relief. He converted 46/48 save opportunities, with an 11.76 K/9. He should definately get some votes.

I'm not gonna really lobby for anyone. I just wanted to point out what a great year Vitor Samarano has had. He does it all, except he's not much of a power hitter. Obviously Pete Kellum is the IL MVP. But take a look at Samarano's numbers. He's 2nd in the league in VORP and in the top 5 in most offensive categories. On top of that he's got 50 stolen bases. He may be the best all around offensive player in our league.

Can someone help me out on how to pick ROY? I looked at the general top stats page to pick all my other winners along with team standings but have no idea how to see how top rookies performed.

Take a look at Sergio Lumar.

Didn't have the best numbers in the league, but where would the Javelinas be without there star catcher?

I believe he's the most valuable player on one of the top teams this year, that should put him on the list.

Go to BLB - Statistics, then click on PLayers: qualified players and choose qualified rookies.

                            That is one way.

Just to clarify, you must do this in the game. The filters change for some reason when switching from batting to pitching, so you have to make sure to re-select it for each.
